At Infiniwell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
